Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining the expected costs of their care.

• If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance for services, you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 3 business days before your first appointment.

• This estimate will outline the expected cost of your services based on your individual treatment plan.

• If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
